We added wood floors to three rooms on the first floor of our home and refinished the ones we already had. The new wood blends in perfectly with the previous 12-year-old wood and the quality and finish of both are identical and beautiful! Majestic workers were very hard-working, conscientious and courteous. The clean-up was excellent. Johnny was very professional. He kept in touch with us daily, answered all of our questions and made great recommendations. Outstanding job all-around! I called Majestic Hardwood Flooring due to their reviews and I would say the reviews are definitely correct. John came over the same day and with samples of hardwood and Laminate flooring. For our situation, laminate worked better. After deciding what my wife and I wanted for colors I told John what we wanted but we had a tight deadline. It needed to be done before 11/19/16 as we had family coming in for Thanksgiving. He worked with my schedule and got it done promptly. The only thing I could say is that not enough time as passed to see if their are any issues. It has only been 48 hours since completion. However, to date, everything I asked for has been provided promptly and correctly at a reasonable price. ~ James S
John was absolutely fabulous! I am selling my house and had a small portion of engineered hardwood flooring that had some water damage… Another Hardwood floor specialist had been recommended to me and basically told me that there was nothing that he could do. John took one look at the spot and said no problem! He was fast, professional, and friendly, And I enjoyed talking with him. You can’t even tell that anything ever happened to that spot on the floor… It looks great! He has lots of big projects to work on, but made the time to come work on my small project and couldn’t have been nicer. I highly recommend him! ~ Camille M
