I called Majestic Hardwood Flooring due to their reviews and I would say the reviews are definitely correct. John came over the same day and with samples of hardwood and Laminate flooring. For our situation, laminate worked better. After deciding what my wife and I wanted for colors I told John what we wanted but we had a tight deadline. It needed to be done before 11/19/16 as we had family coming in for Thanksgiving. He worked with my schedule and got it done promptly. The only thing I could say is that not enough time as passed to see if their are any issues. It has only been 48 hours since completion. However, to date, everything I asked for has been provided promptly and correctly at a reasonable price. ~ James S

We added wood floors to three rooms on the first floor of our home and refinished the ones we already had. The new wood blends in perfectly with the previous 12-year-old wood and the quality and finish of both are identical and beautiful! Majestic workers were very hard-working, conscientious and courteous. The clean-up was excellent. Johnny was very professional. He kept in touch with us daily, answered all of our questions and made great recommendations. Outstanding job all-around! John was absolutely fabulous! I am selling my house and had a small portion of engineered hardwood flooring that had some water damage… Another Hardwood floor specialist had been recommended to me and basically told me that there was nothing that he could do. John took one look at the spot and said no problem! He was fast, professional, and friendly, And I enjoyed talking with him. You can’t even tell that anything ever happened to that spot on the floor… It looks great! He has lots of big projects to work on, but made the time to come work on my small project and couldn’t have been nicer. I highly recommend him! ~ Camille M

Majestic Hardwood Floors was excellent all around. I contacted several other locations. Majestic was the first to respond and had the lowest price. After hearing some bad reviews about other floor companies destroying floors, it seemed like an easy decision. Majestic started within one week of when I first inquired. They showed up on time every day and got to work immediately. 1600 square feet of sanding, staining and refinishing in under 3 days. Our place has been completely transformed. The only problem is now that my floors look so nice, I am paranoid about anyone scratching them. They look simply amazing. ~ Thomas G

John was one of several flooring contractors that I called for a consult on a few minor repairs. A full refinish would not have been conducive to my family's work-from-home environment, and John was the only contractor who was able to accommodate. In addition to being extremely meticulous with his work and leaving the area clean, John is one of the nicest people I can ever remember meeting. We now have beautiful floors thanks to John and his crew! We bought a house built in the 1960's with original red oak hardwoods that were in rough shape and contacted Majestic to have them sanded, stained, and refinished. We also had new hardwood to match the existing installed in the kitchen, and the end result was flawless. The new matches the old perfectly and there is absolutely no sign of the old stains and water damage on the refinished sections. John advised us of a stain to pick that was exactly the color we wanted, and gave us a very fair price for the work that was done. Highly recommended! ~ Lindsay F

John and Majestic Hardwood Floors recently refinished the floors in the kitchen and family room of our new house. John provided great insight into the best course of action we should take to improve our floors. While it as clear that I knew little about floors, John did not take advantage of me and try to upsell for the sake of profit. John came and fixed my floors after another installer ruined the finish. Not all installers are the same! I gave the privious installer 3 chances to fix the bubbles in my floor and then was referred to Johnny. He came over the fourth of July weekend and worked during the holiday so my family could move into our home. He did a wonderful job and I just wish I had called him first! Majestic Flooring did a fantastic job on our house. We had new flooring installed as well as existing flooring sanded and refinished to match. The floors matched seamlessly and the work was done incredibly fast! John and his team started right after the estimate and worked tirelessly to get the job done. We had our floors refinished originally by a company that did a marginal job (at best). Got John's name from a Google search and contacted him to fix things. He showed up within a day. Gave us options and even recommended we go with the less expensive of the two. Scheduled a day to have the work done. He did the work in half a Saturday and when we returned it looked fantastic.
